In my life I always seem to have the same haircut. When I had it cut short a few years ago I spent the afternoon crying! My hair isn’t just a thing on the top of my head but also an accessory that goes with how I look. However, recently I wanted a change. I have been toying with the idea of getting a full fringe for a while now but the last time I had one (back in 2012!) it made me lolike an 8 year old!
Although I loved my hair as it was it became so long that nothing was really happening with it. As well as this I also normally have a side fringe to add a bit more ‘excitement’ to my hair and that had completely grown out.
I loved my side fringe as well but I found it too much of an obvious look to go for. I also found it grew incredibly quickly and I never knew how to cut it properly or maintain it. When I went to the hairdressers last week I decided to start with a side fringe but when I didn’t like it that much I asked her to cut it into a complete block fringe (!) and this was the outcome:
The hairdresser also added a few layers and I love the way it has all come together. I have already trimmed it on the ends when it got a little long and that went fine! I’m so glad I decided to go for a full fringe and I’m so happy I don’t have to go through those ‘what if’ moments if I hadn’t gone for it!
I’m still getting used to having a full fringe so if you have any tips or tricks on how to look after it I’d be so grateful! Just leave a comment!
Until next time.
