Advent Calendar Week 4

See week 1 here, week 2 here, and week 3 here!

I cannot believe December is nearly over and Christmas has already passed! Where has the time gone? But of course I had to finish off my advent calendar review so this is my final one! I hope you’ve enjoyed.

On the 21st I received some black waterproof mascara. Now waterproof mascara is amazing and so helpful if you’re going somewhere that may be upsetting but still want to look ‘made-up’. The mascara is quite light on your eyelashes and doesn’t add a huge amount of volume but is lovely for a natural makeup look.

On the 22nd I received a smokey eye brush. For Christmas I was blessed with both the Naked 2 and Naked 3 palettes so this is perfect to be used with them! It’s a lovely brush, I love the gold and black colouring on the brush and the actual brush head is quite nice for doing your makeup.

On the 23rd I received some eye make-up remover. I got this years ago when I was younger so was reunited once again the other day! This is a lovely eye makeup remover. It doesn’t cause any irritations with your eyes which is amazing and it takes all your makeup off. No panda eyes for me!

On Christmas eve I received the Protect and Perfect Intense Night Cream. Earlier in the month I received the day cream alternative so getting the night cream as well is brilliant because the day cream works wonders! If you need new creams at a more affordable price, try these!

What I loved about this advent calendar is that it goes up to Christmas day so technically that means an extra present. On Christmas day I received the normal Lovely Lashes mascara in black again which is nice so now I have a choice between which one I’d like to use. As these mascaras are full sized too it means it’ll last a while!

How was your Christmas? I hope you all enjoyed it!

Until next time.

  1. I can’t believe how many different bits you got! I definitely need to get one next year – seems so much better than just getting a nail polish one or yankee candle one – much more variety!
