Ab Fab Trailer Review

Ab Fab or Absolutely Fabulous is something I have watched from a young age thanks to my parents (well, mainly my mum). I didn’t get a lot of the jokes back then but watching it now as an adult I can see why it was so funny as it truly is a hilarious TV series.

When I saw that they were making it into a movie I was skeptical. Especially as the series was so long ago and the jokes were just perfect. I wasn’t sure how a movie would measure up. Watching the trailer however I was pleasantly surprised at how good the film actually looks.

It seems to follow the story of the two main women, Edina and Patsy, who are played by Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley, who accidentally ‘kill’ Kate Moss. They leave England to run away to the French Rivera and, of course, hilarity ensues.

The comedy and friendship between the two characters haven’t seemed to have changed and the second I saw the trailer I knew I had to see this movie with my mum. Ab Fab is one of those shows that anyone in the 90s most likely saw, watched or enjoyed. Even though I was born in 1995 I still have memories of my family watching it.

If you want a bit of nostalgia and maybe a great reboot for an old British classic then watch the trailer for this movie and get just as excited as I did for its release! Everything about it from the clever witty one liners to the crazy personalities seems perfect and I am very excited to review the film when it comes out!

Are you excited for Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie?

Until next time.
