Scrubs Review

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t the biggest fan of Scrubs. The idea of the show wasn’t appealing to me, yet I persevered, and I have to admit. That scene with JD walking down the hallway made me bawl my eyes out.

Scrubs is a sit-com set in a hospital where we mainly follow JD and Turk. There are many seasons to this and characters come and go including Hooch otherwise known as Moseby from The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and even Dave Franco. As the seasons progress you start to see where things go wrong. JD and Turk are no longer the main focal point and because we have invested so much time with them the new characters that are bought in to entertain us just don’t compare.

This show is definitely an interesting one as it looks at many different aspects of life, not just the comedy. It’s set in a hospital so there’s lots of sad storylines of patients dying and some scenes are very hard to watch. It makes the whole thing much more believable and entertaining and really invests you in the characters. There’s also marriages and break downs, babies and friendships and it’s all brilliant to watch.

I definitely recommend Scrubs as not only is it a great show it’s also very fun to binge watch. Each season brings something new and it just gets better and better (until the interns turn up!)

What do you think of Scrubs?

Until next time.
